WASHINGTON DC: On Saturday November 27,2011, Mor Gregorious Syriac Orthodox Student Association(MGSOSA) of the Northeast Region of North America hosted its quarterly one day youth retreat. This years theme for the Fall retreat was based on Psalms 3: 5-6, "Trust in the LORD with all your hear and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." This retreat was attended by youth members of various Churches in the Maryland, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Tristate area. This retreat was blessed with keynote messages from Archbishop H.E. Mor Theethose Yeldho and Rev. Dn. Belson Kuriakose. Various workshops were also held and led by Rev. Dn. Joel Jacob and Rev. Dn. Shiryl Mathai on topics related to this theme.
