THURUTHISSERY/ANGAMALY: The traditional Perunal at Thurithissery Simhasana Valiyapally Flag was hoisted by Mor Athanasius Alias Metropolitan for the Feast of Mor Iganatius Elias III (Manjinikkara Bava), Mor Baselios Eldo Maphriano (Kothamangalathu Bava) and Late lamented Paulose Mor Athanasius (The Defender of True Faith)at Simhasana Valiyapally, Thuruthissery on Thursday, the 19th January 2012 soon after Holy Qurbana in the morning. Rev.Fr.Baiju Irapuram celebrated Holy Qurbana assisted by Rev.Fr.Alias Ipe Parackal. V.Rev.Fr. Geevarghese Areeckal Cor-episcopa, Rev.Fr.Sheby Jacob, Mr. Baby Parackal, the trustee, M.K.Alias Kozhikalan, the co-ordinator, and many faithful attended. Nercha was served to all. The anniversary of Mor Athanasius School, the spiritual organisations of the church will be held on 19th & 20th respectively. Rev.Fr. Alias Ipe Parackal will preside over the Anniversary programme of Mor Gregorios Sunday School and other Spiritual organizations. The Silver Jubilee celebrations will be inaugurated on the occasion. H.B. Baselios Thomas I, the Catholicose will be the chief officiate for the Perunal Qurbana on three altars on Sunday, the 22nd January.
