DOHA, QATAR: Hon. Secretary to Holy Episcopal Synod of Syriac Orthodox Church in India & Metropolitan of Kochi, His Eminence Mor Gregorios Joseph accorded a warm welcome at Doha International Airport, Qatar. His Eminence will lead this year's Christmas Services at St. James Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church, Doha. Vicar Fr. Thomas P David Perumpally, Trustee Shri. Kuriakose Zacharia, Joint Secretary Shri. Roy C Paul, Secretary of Antioch Viswasa Samrakshana Samithy Shri. Bineesh Onakkoor, Managing Committee Members welcomed Mor Gregorios at the Airport. His Eminence was welcomed by Fr. Thomas P David Perumpally, Fr. Roji Panikkaveettil, and parishioners at the church.
Mor Gregorios will lead the Holy Tri Mass at the church tomorrow. Vicar Fr. Thomas P David Perumpally and Fr. Roji Panikkaveettil will be the co celebrants. The Christmas services will start at 6.00 PM Local Time on Dec 24th, Saturday. The Carol Night will be conducted in the church premises following the Christmas Services. Mor Gregorios will meet high dignitaries of Qatar Government during his stay at Qatar.
